Care Corps LifeHouse owns 15 housing units that serve low-income households at or below the housing trust funds income limit, which is approximately 30 percent of area median income in Dodge County according to HUD. Our goal for these units is much larger than just a place to live. The program takes a holistic approach to breaking the cycle of poverty. Each housing unit is offered intensive case management and wrap around services which truly address the underlying causes of poverty and risk of homelessness. This project offers opportunities to connect with other service providers so participants can become independent and self-sufficient while on their journey out of poverty.
